• Guaranteed reservations require full payment at booking.
• All major Credit Cards accepted through PayPal online only. (PayPal membership is NOT required to pay by PayPal.)
• The Garden Manor is a NON smoking home
• We cannot accommodate guest pets (Our Two Cats Will Not Allow Other Pets)
• Cancellations: 100% refund (less $15 processing fee) if cancelled within 7 days of booking or if room is booked to another guest
• Special dietary requests will be met whenever possible
• Fenced off street parking at no charge but is at your own risk
• No minimum stay required
• Not suitable for children
